Orders & Payments
Every order is subject to availability and confirmation. To keep things running smoothly, payment is required in full at checkout before your items can be shipped.

Shipping & Delivery
We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders within one to three working days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout. Once your order has been posted, delays caused by postal services, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control are unfortunately not our responsibility.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please choose carefully before placing your order. In the rare event that an item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, we will, of course, make things right with a refund. Personalised and custom-made items are non-refundable in all circumstances. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and check the item, if a return is required.

Liability
We cannot take responsibility for items that become damaged through misuse, everyday wear and tear, or accidents that happen after delivery. Please take care of your jewellery and use each piece as intended.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged during delivery, or not as described, we will be happy to resolve this for you. Please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order at mcollective.uk@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If a return is required, the item must be sent back in its original, unused condition.

Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that personalised and custom made items are non-refundable under all circumstances.
